These are some good activities that may help you during your grieving process.

Yoga
Deep Breathing
Meditation
Praying
Loving Yourself during this process
Talking a Walk
Reading a good book ie: Eat Pray Love
Finding a support group that's in your area http://www.griefshare.org 

Above all, go easy on yourself.  Stay focused on what's important and don't forget to BREATHE
