No Shortcut-3-

I weigh 272 pounds.

The first goal is 10% of by current weight which is 27lbs.

I am walking 5 days a week and I have an appt. with a nutritionist on tuesday.

I am making forward progress.

If any one has any other weight loss ideas let me know.

  1. Go for it! I joined Curves two weeks ago. I don't know if I've lost any weight but my butt and thighs hurt!!!!!!!!!
