I met with a nutritionist today; she was awesome and realistic!

I will keep you updated on my progress.  The goal is to exercise at least 3 times a week; and eat 5-6 small meals a day.

I will also record my weight daily; (not my idea, my nutritionist idea) she says that this will help me see the trends in my body on a daily basis based on what I ate the day before.

Not really looking forward to that but we'll see.

Forward progress is a must.
