I am not losing, but I'm also not gaining which is good.
Losing weight is so much more than the scale; it represents a lifestyle change, a change in habits.
I need to break some habits. I ave decided that to lose weight and break some habits I will work on changing one thing at a time. I hear that it takes 21 days to break a habit so I will be breaking habits for the rest of my life because I have so many to break.
So because this is a lifetime commitment of breaking habits, my journey has now begun to find new habits!
After I can master eliminating Fast Food and limiting my fried food consumption and replacing it with...? I will work on the next challenge.
